Builth Wells to Llandrindod Wells

Llanelwedd can be reached by public
transport (check www.traveline.cymru or
0871 2002 233) and is just outside Builth
Wells on the A483. The walk is graded as
Moderate to Hard because of some steep
climbs. It finishes at Llandrindod Lake
where there is parking, toilets and cafe.

Seasons

THE 'SEASON'

The 'season' lasted from May to mid September. Outside the pump rooms at the Rock Park and the Pump House Hotel the visitors queued each morning to take the waters, entertained by music from the orchestras.
